    Long time, no comment. I know I owe you an email too so check your computer soon. That duck intestine actually looked kind of good. Does this mean I'm missing Taiwan too much?

    Ha, ha, ha! I think you do miss Taiwan! Although my grandmother told me that intestines are actually a normal sort of food called tripe. Is that true? Somehow it sounds better with the name "tripe."
